Footwear design for DC shoes. I was responsible for upper design, tooling design, material build, and designed all 6 launch colorway samples featured below - none of these colorways will be released to the public.
The shoe features webbing lace loops, suede/leather/synthetic overlays on a mesh upper, molded TPU logo, and new rubber cupsole tooling utilizing a directional pill pattern on the sidewalls for better flick, and a stacked pill tread for added traction and longevity. Coming winter 2024.

Production release ↓ I was laid off from DC in the final stages of development on this shoe, so some changes to the final production samples were made after my departure - most notably, the removal of all metal eyelets, heel pull strap, quarter deco stitch, medial overlay, different footbed print, and shorter tongue
I did not design any of the production colorways. Personally, I feel they look a bit cheap and lack cultural value. I don’t think these colorways do a good job of bringing attention to the release of a new silhouette.
